Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FreyzTech ("we", "us") handles information in the Android app "Cell Evolution" (the "App").
1. Information we collect
The App has no accounts or login, and never asks you for personal information such as your name, email address or phone number. We do not operate our own server, and the App does not send any of your information to us.
The App stores only the following settings locally on your device (using Unity PlayerPrefs):
- Music and sound effect volume
- Display language
- Game records such as your best score
- Your ad consent status (stored by Google's consent tool)
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google LLC, to show banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. For ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and analytics, Google AdMob may automatically collect and use:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- Device information (model, OS version, language, etc.)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- App interactions (such as ad impressions and taps)
- Diagnostics such as crash and performance data
Where you have given consent, this information may also be used to show personalized ads; otherwise non-personalized ads are shown. This information is shared with Google as our ad provider and is handled under Google's policies:
3. Consent (EEA, UK and similar regions)
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar regions are shown a consent form through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your choice at any time with the "Privacy settings" button on the title screen.
4. Opting out of personalized ads
You can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device's Settings > Google > Ads (names may vary by device and Android version). You can also manage ad personalization in Google Ad Settings.
After deleting or resetting your advertising ID you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
5. Security
Data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Settings stored on your device are not sent off the device.
6. Data retention and deletion
You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in your device settings. For retention and deletion of data collected by Google, please see Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when laws change or the App's features change. The updated policy takes effect when posted on this page, and significant changes will be announced on this page.
